Attorney Rand has been practicing law since 1981, and has worked in the area of Social Security disability since that time.  His practice is located in Braintree, Massachusetts.  He currently focuses on the areas Social Security disability, private LTD insurance claims, ERISA claims, and workers' compensation.  He has represented Social Security clients on a national basis, appearing at administrative hearings and as counsel of record in over fifteen states.  He has worked both as a federal employee and as a claimants' attorney in the area of Social Security law, and offers representation at all levels of appeal.  He is a long term member of NOSSCR, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.
